I have come to learn, in hindsight, that the free “shampoo” samples I had aquired at Coney Island were indeed samples of styling gel.

I think I am going to stop using them as shampoo.

Went to the Siren Music Festival yesterday. I was particularly impressed with Saul Williams and VHS Or Beta.

There was this promotional booth that wound up being stuck with a whole lot of swag so they dumped it all out on a big table and let people grab as much as they wanted. I got a shopping bag from the Tower Records table and procured:

34 Shampoo samples
26 FM Radios
57 Stereo Earbud Headphones
94 AAA Batteries

I will never want for AAA batteries again.
